The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information when registering or placing orders. Any attempt at fraud or abusive use of the platform may lead to account suspension without prior notice.

Products are delivered exclusively within Romania, within 3–7 working days from order confirmation. Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart before finalization.

• Return of products is possible within 14 days of receipt, only if they are sealed and unused.
• Return costs are borne by the user, except in cases where the product has manufacturing defects.
• Whynotherbal does not accept returns of unsealed cosmetic products for hygiene reasons.
